For security reasons delegates are requested to wear their badge at all times during the Congress. Should you lose your badge, you can obtain a reprint at the Queries Desk in the Registration Area. A replacement fee of 100 EUR will be charged.
Delegates can purchase food and beverages from the cash bar in the registration area (Diamond Lounge) and at the cash bar outlets inside the Exhibition and Poster Area (Hall 3). Payment is possible in cash or by major credit card. Free water dispensers are located throughout the Congress Centre.

Limited light refreshments will be served on Saturday, Sunday and Monday in the Exhibition and Poster Area (see the Congress programme for daily lunch times). The EACR is pleased to offer these light buffets, for more substantial hot and cold lunch items catering outlets are available inside the Exhibition and Poster area (Hall 3) as well as in the Registration Area (Diamond Lounge).
After the Congress we will email you a link to an online survey. On completing the survey you will be redirected to a web page where you can enter the unique code printed on your Congress badge to download, save and print your Certificate of Attendance.
Please do not leave children unattended onsite. If you need a quiet place for nursing or bottle feeding, please contact the staff at the registration desk. Children are not allowed in scientific sessioni rooms or exhibition hall.
A cloakroom will be available at the event and will be situated in the EUROPE Foyer 2. Payment only in cash in EUR, no other currency is accepted.
EACR members are invited to the General Assembly of the European Association for Cancer Research on Sunday 01 July at 19:00 in room G105 of the Congress Centre, followed by an Award Reception in the Topaz Lounge.
A ‘Quiet Zone’ for EACR members is located in teh TOPAZ lountge, with tean adn coffee available.
The Exhibition is held in Hall 3 on the ground floor of the Congress Centre. Entrance is free for all registered EACR25 participants.

A first aid room is located adjacent to the entrance of Hall 3 (Post Hall 2), just around the corner of the stairs leading to the restroom directly in front of Café Amsterdam. Telephone: +31 020-549 1111.
The EACR25 Internet Zone is offered at no cost during the Congress and will be located in the Europe Foyer adjacent to the Elicium 1 and 2 Session Rooms. The internet terminals provide you with the following services: internet browsing, access to web-based mail service, the EACR25 searchable Scientific Programme, Exhibitors’ information, airport check in and boarding pass printing service.
Delegates who have laptop computers, tablets or smartphones will be able to access the WIFI internet network. General WIFI access is available throughout the Congress Centre.

The official language of the Congress is English. No simultaneous translation of the Scientific Programme will be provided.
All enquiries should be directed to the Registration Desks located in the Registration Area (Diamond Lounge). Delegates are advised to mark their Congress bag with their name. The organisers disclaim all responsibility for loss due to theft or negligence.
The Congress is open only to registered participants. The official participant name badge is required for admission to the Congress Centre and to all Congress events. For security reasons, participants are requested to wear their badges at all times.

EACR 50th Anniversary & Congress Dinner
Monday 02 July, 20:00
The EACR 50th Anniversary and Congress Dinner will take place at the National Maritime Museum. Tickets will be collected upon arrival and delegates must purchase tickets (80 EUR) in advance. If you have not pre-registered for the dinner you may check with the Registration staff while onsite about remaining availability
The Speaker Preview Room is located in room G001-G002 (ground floor). Speakers are requested to bring their PowerPoint presentations to the Speaker Preview Room at least 2 hours before their session starts or the day before if the session starts early in the morning.
To avoid breaks between speakers, NO laptop presentations will be allowed in the session rooms.
